Mount Anvil beat off strong competition to walk away with a top prize at the Contract Journal Best Places to Work in Construction Awards for the second year running.
Now in its fourth year, the awards are one of the most prestigious events in the industry’s calendar and reward organisations for impressive levels of staff satisfaction. Judges were particularly impressed with the Mount Anvil’s inspirational working atmosphere, dynamic approach to business and strong core values.
On receiving the award, Killian Hurley, Chief Executive, commented: “We are thrilled with this award; engagement with our staff is similar to our approach to health and safety - it is not optional. It is simply, in our opinion, the right way to lead a business.”
