'this space' welcomes its first residents

'Since the launch of the 38 new homes in phase 1 in September 2009, we have reserved 33 apartments and on 11 November 2009 welcomed our first new residents to 'this space'. We expect to have 20 occupations by the year end.
Due to this strong purchaser demand, we are bringing forward the launch of phase 2 of 'this space' to February 2010.
