Mount Anvil unveils Barnsbury Place

16 June 2010

Mount Anvil has unveiled its outstanding new collection of apartments and townhouses at Barnsbury Place.  Set in the grounds of a former Edwardian school in the exclusive Barnsbury Conservation area in Islington, Londn N1, there are nine new townhouses, 15 new build apartments and 80 stylish apartments in the restored school buildings.

The launch of the townhouses on 10 June 2010 has been a geat success.  Six of the houses have already been sold and we expect the remaining three to be sold very soon.  These unique homes, priced from £1.25m, are built in pale golden London stock brick with naturally weathered limestone detailing and the elegant architecture references the late Georgian and early Victorian houses in the area.  The interiors have first-class contemporary specification and exciting design detail with creative use of space to provide family homes with great style and panache.

Thursday 17 June 2010 sees the launch of the first phase of 15 restored apartments, each bespoke in design with individual features, layouts and luxurious finishing touches such as double height ceiling areas, mezzanine levels, full height hand-crafted sash windows and dressing rooms.
