Mount Anvil beat off stiff competition from other developers working in London to acquire this highly prominent mixed new build and refurbishment project compromising 100 apartments and commercial space. The 81 private apartments were pre-sold to an investor and the 19 apartments for shared ownership were sold to One Housing Group. With its famous listed façade fronting Commercial Road, the development of this landmark building was completed ahead of schedule in August 2008. In March 2009, East End Mission received a Highly Commended award in the Best Conversion Category as part of The Daily Telegraph Your New Homes Awards 2008.
