Mount Anvil identified this site and working with our RSL partner, L&Q, achieved an outstanding planning permission. This £20m project is a development of three towers up to nine floors, three commercial units on the ground and lower floors, as well as car parking beneath. The development, which was in two phases, comprises 138 homes including a number of penthouse apartments with panoramic views of London’s skyline. The first phase of the project was handed over early in May 2006 and the second phase was completed at the end of August 2006, again ahead of the contract programme. Mount Anvil was the developer of the commercial element and sold the space to two owner occupiers
