Mount Anvil completed this 10 storey development in Romford in June 2008, 14 weeks ahead of programme. The scheme comprises 98 mixed tenure dwellings including social rent, shared ownership, market rent and private sale. All 35 private apartments were sold to a private investment company in March 2007. The design of the building was well received by the local planning authority and includes glass balconies, natural wood-faced resin-bonded cladding and a feature vertical fin. This pioneering carbon-reducing project features eco roofs, central boiler and solar panels which will supply heated water to all the properties.
