This development, on a site procured by Mount Anvil for the Affinity Group, provides 78 key worker units for Kings College, London. The project involved the design and construction of accommodation including 16 cluster flats, communal areas for bin stores and covered cycle racks and associated external works and service infrastructure and was completed in November 2004. Mount Anvil used both bathroom and kitchen pods for the first time on this development.
