St Ann's Road, Haringey, London N15
Mount Anvil acquired the land for this mixed use scheme in Haringey. It was developed in partnership with Circle 33 to provide 71 apartments for a mixture of tenures together with a primary healthcare facility. The project was widely recognised as an exemplar of partnership working and was recognised by the Chartered Institute of Housing and at the 2004 Regeneration Awards. At the peak of construction up to 43% of those working on site were local and we provided opportunities for female carpenters through Building Work for Women. This project was completed in 2004.
