Mount Anvil acquired the site in October 2010 in joint venture with Notting Hill Housing Group.
The development provides 161 homes - including 107 units for private development - all of which were pre-sold to London & Stamford Property plc, who exchanged in July 2011. Notting Hill Housing will manage the affordable housing. In addition the scheme includes 32 parking spaces and 2,680 sq m of commercial space, also pre-sold.
The development has a GDV of £64m and practical completion is due at the end of 2012, three months ahead of programme.
