Mount Anvil assembled this scheme with the purchase of two adjoining sites within a four week period in 2011 from Workspace Group plc and Minerva Property Holdings plc. It forms part of the £1bn Wandsworth town centre regeneration project.
The sites benefit from detailed planning consent for 416 apartments, including 340 for private sale. The affordable elements will be managed by One Housing Group and Octavia Housing.
In addition the development includes 7,276 sq m of mixed-use commercial space and parking for 182 vehicles.
The scheme has a GDV of circa £150m and the first phase of apartments will launchon 2nd May 2013 with practical completion in Summer 2015.
