Mount Anvil completed this development of 148 apartments, of which 111 were for private sale, on programme in June 2008. The site is in a highly sustainable location being minutes from Stratford Station, Stratford City Regeneration area and the 2012 Olympic Zone. All 111 private apartments were sold to a private investor (Marlin Apartments) and the 37 shared ownership homes were purchased by East Thames Housing Association.
