This 83 home development in the heart of Stoke Newington next to the Abney Park Conservation Area was completed in November 2007. The development comprises a mix of dwelling types from one bed apartments to three bed maisonettes with gardens and underground parking facilities for private sale. In addition, there are two bed duplex apartments on the upper floors which benefit from spacious roof terraces overlooking the conservation area. All the 37 private dwellings were sold to an investor. Community Housing Association was the RSL partner on this scheme.
