Mount Anvil introduced the land with an outline planning consent for 195 apartments to the developing RSL, now London & Quadrant Group (L&Q). Mount Anvil led the application process to secure full planning for this development which was granted in September 2007. Intensive planning and design work by our internal team led to an increase of 95 bed spaces for L&Q at no additional land cost. This development compromises two blocks ranging from five to nine storeys. The contract value of this scheme is £27m. Construction started in July 2008 and completion is scheduled for September 2010, well ahead of programme.
