This £40m development with Kingston College was a Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme that provided 57 units of student accommodation, 85 apartments for private sale and a range of new college facilities including a state of the arts sports hall for Kingston College. Mount Anvil obtained the residential planning approval prior to partnering with Persimmon on the residential element of this scheme. The land receipt for the residential and student accommodation elements provided the funding for the College facilities.
