Having secured this development site in Kentish Town Road, Mount Anvil worked with the Planning Authority to maximise the density on this part terraced/courtyard scheme. The development consisted of one, two and three bed apartments and duplexes which were constructed and marketed by Mount Anvil. The 26 apartments were designed with space and luxury in mind, and many units featured a balcony or private planted terrace.
