Located in the heart of the King’s Cross regeneration area and just minutes away from King’s Cross and the new St Pancras stations, this secure gated development was completed in December 2006 having been acquired in 2005. All 19 private apartments were all also sold by the end of 2006. The land was purchased from Community Housing Association and is part of a mixed tenure development which provided new apartments for shared ownership and key workers. Mount Anvil carried out all the construction work.
