This site was introduced to Family Mosaic by Mount Anvil and planning was obtained in 2006 for this striking development which will complement other regeneration projects in the area. The scheme comprises 119 homes for rent and shared ownership together with 960 sq m of commercial space. Work started in October 2006 and completion took place ahead of programme in December 2008.
