  • Killian Hurley

    Killian Hurley , BCom, FCA - Chief Executive

    Killian, the co-founder and majority shareholder of Mount Anvil, has worked in the London property market since 1988.  Killian is a multi-disciplined professional with expertise across development, finance, legal and marketing with a strong focus on building effective teams.  Passion, hard work and a very demanding approach centred around the development of people are key aspects of Killian's business style.  These attributes have enabled him to develop an exceptional team of people and to provide the platform for the controlled profitable growth of the business in an entrepreneurial fashion.  He has particular experience in the collaborative delivery of joint venture solutions to complex property transactions and of ensuring risks are properly identified and priced appropriately.  Killian qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1983.

  • Peter Burslem

    Peter Burslem , BSc (Hons) - Operations Director

    Peter joined Mount Anvil in 2002 and his relentless drive for excellence has positioned Mount Anvil at the forefront of construction delivery in the London market.  He has an uncompromising approach to health and safety, quality and timely delivery.  Peter previously held senior construction positions at Morgan Sindall.

  • David Clark

    David Clark , BA (Hons), ACA - Group Finance Director

    David joined Mount Anvil in June 2008 from a listed company background gained at Jacques Vert plc where he served as Finance Director in their retail business for four years and Walker Greenbank plc where he was Group Finance Director. David has delivered a systematic approach to financial management whilst at Mount Anvil with a clear focus on robust cash management and strong financial controls.  He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1994.

  • Jon Spring

    Jon Spring , BSc (Hons), MRICS - Land Director

    Jon joined Mount Anvil in 2005 and has helped Mount Anvil become one of the most successful land buying companies in London.  His determination and strong interpersonal skills combined with his professionalism have made a significant contribution to Mount Anvil's reputation.  Jon previously worked for Berkeley Homes and David Wilson Homes in senior land roles.

  • Matt Robinson

    Matt Robinson , MBA DipProjMan (RICS) - Development Director

    Matt joined Mount Anvil in July 2011 to support the company's increasing investments in major projects across the inner London Boroughs.  Matt's role involves working alongside other members of the senior team across land and planning to identify, filter, analyse and acquire the very best land buying opportunities for the company  -  including private residential sites, commercial developments and large scale RSL partnership deals. Matt joined from Ballymore where he held the position of Senior Development Manager for five years, working on some of the largest mixed-use regeneration projects in London. 

  • Chris Dreher

    Chris joined Mount Anvil in November 2010 having previously worked for Telford Homes in a similar capacity on their major development projects.  Chris's primary responsibility at Mount Anvil is producing innovative cost effective build solutions on our development projects and retaining ownership through to delivery.

  • Andrew Reid

    Andrew Reid , BA (Hons) Dip Arch, RIBA - Design and Planning Director

    Andrew, a chartered architect, joined Mount Anvil in July 2006 and has an outstanding track record of achieving planning permissons both at officer level and at public appeal.  He has also been successfully involved at the front end in optimising schemes through innovative design and attention to detail.  Andrew previously worked for Crest Nicholson and Bovis Homes in senior design and planning roles and has extensive knowledge of sustainable development technologies.

  • Brian De'ath

    Brian joined Mount Anvil in March 2008 having worked for six years at Berkeley Homes leading sales at their flagship developments.  Brian has a clear understanding of customer needs and effectively communicates them to the team in a structured manner, ensuring maximum value from Mount Anvil's developments.

  • Brian Chambers

    Brian Chambers , Dip Surv (QS), MRICS - Pre Contract Director

    Brian has over 30 years experience of surveying and estimating on a variety of projects and using the full spectrum of contracts. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1987. His enthusiasm, experience, drive and commitment are invaluable in the management of commercial risks for Mount Anvil. Brian’s experience includes education facilities, student accommodation, commercial development as well as all types of residential development.

  • Lynda Catt  -  Head of Marketing

    Lynda joined Mount Anvil as Head of Marketing in 2011 to manage the company's corporate communications plans and oversee scheme specific marketing and PR programmes for its developments across London.  Lynda has a strong strategic focus with marketing experience across a broad range of industries and environments in the UK and globally.  She joins Mount Anvil from Lend Lease Europe, where she spent five years as Head of Marketing for major regeneration project Greenwich Peninsula.

  • Nigel Green  -  Construction Director

    Nigel joined Mount Anvil in September 2006. Nigel has built up a wealth of construction experience within education, hotels industrial, retail and residential sectors over the past 30 years. He is used to delivering projects to the highest standards of health and safety, quality, programme and budget, and always achieves client satisfaction. Nigel successfully managed the £30m refurbishment of the Park Lane and Kensington Hilton Hotels and a luxury multi-million pound residential development in the City of London. He previously held senior delivery positions in Bluestone, Mowlem and Willmott Dixon.

  • Martin McAtamney

    Martin McAtamney , BSc (Hons) - Pre-Construction Project Director

    Martin joined Mount Anvil in March 2011 having gained a broad range of experience at the Ballymore Group.  Martin held senior project management and development positions during his time at Ballymore and was responsible for leading the pre-construction teams on large mixed-use brownfield projects including the 1,850 unit Leamouth Penninsula and 3,500 unit Minoco Wharf schemes in London's Docklands.  Martin previously worked for over 10 years at Laing O'Rouke as a Senior Project Leader.
