The Barnsbury Place site was acquired in December 2008, and the development demonstrates an outstanding conversion of a former Edwardian school in the prestigious Barnsbury Conservation area.

Mount Anvil delivered 141 converted and new build homes, including 104 units for private sale, with The Guinness Partnership managing the affordable element.

With a GDV of £62m, Barnsbury Place was completed in December 2010, winning Best New Conversion in the Evening Standard Property Awards 2011.
