The whole team is working to achieve one common goal; to ensure that you are satisfied and happy with your new home, from the moment that you make your reservation to the day you move in and beyond.

Ilan Shapiro

Head of Customer Experience


Ilan joined Mount Anvil in 2015 and leads the customer experience and service teams at all our London developments. He will be delivering our customer experience and service strategy, looking at our customer journey and how best we deliver and exceed customer expectations.

Ilan has over 18 years’ experience in the public, private and residential sectors and has worked on many high profile London developments. Before joining Mount Anvil, he led the regional experience function at Barratt London, responsible for customer delivery of a number of London developments.

Simon Griggs

Customer Experience Manager


Simon joined Mount Anvil in September 2014 and has worked on various developments that include The Filaments, The Landau and Lexicon. Simon is responsible for our customer’s journey from exchange to completion and beyond.


Adrian Galt

Customer Experience Manager


Adrian joined the customer experience team in September 2016 and comes with similar experience from Barratt London and Countryside Properties.

Adrian is dedicated to working with the whole Mount Anvil team to ensure that what we deliver to our customers is the best journey, from reservation, to presenting the finished product to each customer with pride.
