Another standout achievement for Mount Anvil

We are celebrating our tenth consecutive year as one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For - unprecedented for a property developer and another stand out achievement for Mount Anvil. Read more below.

The announcement of The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For is one of the highlights of the business calendar. The awards are considered the definitive list of happy, motivated teams in Britain. With stiff competition and so many companies applying for this year’s awards, we are hugely proud of our performance, our people, and this unique achievement.

Ten consecutive years in the listing is incredibly rare across all sectors, particularly as the scoring is based on detailed staff feedback, and unprecedented for a property developer.

It is another standout achievement following recognition by the British Safety Council for two consecutive years (2014, 2015) as the UK’s Number One Company for Health and Safety, across all sectors (99.93% score); three consecutive years as Developer of the Year (up to 1,000 homes) at the Property Week RESI Awards (2013, 2014, 2015); and the Evening Standard Best London Home Award (2015).

As well as placing at #31 in this year’s listing, we were commended for our decade in the top 100 and also received a special award, for ‘Giving Something Back’, in recognition of our continued commitment to sharing our success with London’s communities.
