A new lease of life

Hampstead Manor is coming to life with residents moving into three completed buildings – Dudin Brown, Maynard and Bay. The proud history of the development is entering a new chapter as it’s restored to its former glory and is once again buzzing with life. Find out more below.

London’s greenest suburb

Hampstead is set to become even more leafy with the improvements of the Hampstead Manor gardens. All trees have been retained and more are being planted. New lawns and plants are being put in place along with calming water features and a charming summer house.

In other news, the underground car park is now open as well as the concierge desk where our friendly team of concierges have been busy welcoming homeowners. The restoration of Kidderpore Hall’s façade is going well with all windows refurbished and refitted, while the scaffold on Kidderpore Avenue is coming down – revealing a spruced up exterior which is ready to impress all Hampstead Manor visitors.

Looking to the future

Meanwhile, Chapman is nearing completion, and this will be the next building where residents will move into 13 historic Hampstead homes. Willoughby will follow soon too – an exciting moment for all as this is the home of the Hampstead Manor gym, spa and pool. In the meantime, The Chapel is being rendered and internals are moving forward.

New build blocks Rosalind Franklin and Lord Cameron are having their roofs tiled and their dormer windows installed. The surrounding cobbles that were removed from the courtyards 18 months ago have been cleaned and reinstalled to recreate the original walkways in Hampstead Manor.
