Heritage Reaches New Heights

Work on Mount Anvil and FABRICA by A2Dominion’s landmark Keybridge development in Vauxhall is progressing well and we are excited to share the latest updates. Discover them below.

We are pleased to confirm that we have completed the demolition of the tower at block A and expect the demolition of the podium and basement to be completed by January 2018.

In block B1 we are preparing for the decoration of properties on floors one to five, with some homes already seeing all decorations completed and even carpets laid. Meanwhile on floors seven and eight first fix electrical and plumbing have taken place and walls are being closed up and made ready for plastering.

We have completed first fix electrical and plumbing works in block C1 and have plastered walls and ceilings up to level five with flooring and tiling being laid up to level three.  We will commence kitchen installations from mid-October.

Meanwhile in block C2 we have installed the steel frame system up to level six. Internal works have begun and are progressing well with the first fix of electrical and plumbing services complete up to the fourth floor. We have also commenced the reinforced concrete frame at the core of block F up to level four and we anticipate internal works to begin at the start of the new year.

The fast progress at Keybridge is mirrored by new developments throughout the surrounding area. Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea is London’s largest regeneration zone and with fresh attractions popping up, it's an exciting time to be in this thriving area that effortlessly combines historic treasures with brand new pleasures. Your new home at Keybridge puts you at the centre of it all and in this update we would like to share a selection of cultural activities on offer.

  • The Vauxhall Vintage & Antiques market launched in March this year and has grown in dealer numbers and popularity. The market is open on the second Sunday of every month and features a collective of professional UK and European dealers selling a wide range of high quality antiques, vintage, art & accessories, architectural reclamation, brocante, collectors’ items, quirky and unique C20th and C21st design.

  • Tate Modern has been filled with swings, as part of a playful, modern art exhibition by a Danish artists’ collective called Superflex. Each swing has been designed for three people and according to Tate, “Swinging with two other people has greater potential than swinging alone and One Two Three Swing! invites us to realise this potential together.” The exhibition runs from 3 October 2017 to 2 April 2018.

  • The Affordable Art Fair is visiting Battersea this Autumn giving visitors the opportunity to discover a diverse and inspiring collection of original and contemporary paintings, editioned prints, photography and sculptures by household names and established artists, alongside emerging talent from the Recent Graduates’ Exhibition.

With so much happening at Keybridge and the surrounding area it is no surprise that the available properties are selling out fast. There is a limited number of two and three bedroom homes remaining, which are available to move into from Summer 2018.

On completion Keybridge will be the UK’s tallest residential brick tower. The development features enviable amenities including one acre of landscaped open space, a 24-hour concierge service, the Keybridge Club Lounge, a 15-metre swimming pool, a gym and a spa, boasting a sauna and steam room.
