Mount Anvil Becomes A Truly 'Owner-Managed' Company

Mount Anvil launched its Share Incentive Plan (SIP) recently giving all employees the chance to own shares in the company.

This free award of shares was based principally on length of service.  Killian Hurley, Chief Executive commented:  "This is a real milestone in the company's history and I am thrilled that all employees have taken up the opportunity to own these shares.  We can now call Mount Anvil a truly 'owner-managed' company."

A SIP is a revenue approved employee share scheme which has attractive tax benefits.
