Mount Anvil is A Best Small Company For Fifth Year in A Row

For the fifth year in a row, Mount Anvil has been included in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list, an outstanding accolade for a company dedicated to employee engagement.

We also achieved three star status in the 2011 Best Companies Accreditation survey for the second year in a row, putting us in the top seven per cent of the 1,167 companies  -  ranging from small to large companies and across all sectors  -  who entered this accreditation process.   We are the only London developer to have achieved this.

Mount Anvil was also nominated for the second time for a Roll of Honour special award in the Training and Development category and for a special award in the Best Leader category.  The majority of our staff  -  94%  -  said that chief executive Killian Hurley's leadership was inspiring, putting Mount Anvil in the top five for this score.

Killian Hurley said:  "We have been a Best Small Company to Work For since 2007 and this is a fantastic achievement in a very competitive environment.  We like to be a little bit different and are delighted that we lead the way in our sector.  Engaged, positive and motivated people deliver excellent customer experience and fantastic results.  We believe that responsible business practices, coupled with employee engagement and leadership development, equal a sustainable company."
