Mount Anvil is celebrating an eighth consecutive year as one of the Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies To Work For.
With the relentless pursuit of excellence, working collaboratively and doing the right thing core to its ethos, Mount Anvil has been recognised as one of the Best 100 Small Companies To Work For since 2007.
In 2014, staff scored the company highly on offering a fair deal, with the bonus paid for referring a successful new hire also highlighted as a particularly strong additional benefit.

More than 400 companies vied to be named one of the Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies To Work For in 2014. Views were canvassed from 29,000 employees on all aspects of their company - from how they feel about the company’s leadership, to opportunities for personal growth, to how much they feel their company gives back to society and the local community.
