Mount Anvil’s performance last year was driven by the delivery of 480 homes, from three major schemes. These were The Loxfords, a redevelopment of the former Action for Children headquarters in Highbury (N5), and two schemes in Clerkenwell (EC1): the award-winning Central Square and Seward Street.

Over the course of 2012, the number homes under development by Mount Anvil rose to 1,256 firmly establishing it as one of the major residential property developers in London.

In awarding this prize, one of the judges commented how Mount Anvil “are really going for it”, and noted that “the quality of the product is very high.”

The RESI Awards are among the industry’s most prestigious recognitions of excellence. It culminated in a gala ceremony last night at the Hilton Park Lane with more than 900 attendees from across the residential and commercial property sectors.
