Leading housing provider, One Housing Group, and Mount Anvil have today announced a partnership to create 125 new homes at Dollar Bay, a new 31-storey residential tower overlooking Canary Wharf.
Designed by the internationally-acclaimed SimpsonHaugh, Dollar Bay will offer a range of studio, one, two and three bedroom homes, each of which will enjoy an enclosed ‘winter garden’. A three-storey penthouse will boast 360-degree views of London.
The waterfront site on the Isle of Dogs was acquired from Londonewcastle on 4 April. The £90 million scheme will create 115 homes for private sale and 10 for shared ownership.

One Housing Group, is co-developing the scheme with Mount Anvil through its private development arm, Citystyle Homes. It will be using part of its share of the profit to develop new affordable homes on nearby Thomas Road. The Thomas Road site will create 64 new homes (43 social rented, 16 shared ownership and five private sale) under a separate contract and will be constructed by Higgins.
Dollar Bay originally received planning permission in March 2012 and construction will begin in early 2014, with delivery expected in towards the end of 2016.
