Key features due for imminent completion are the basement carpark, which is due to open in August, and Chancellors Walk, the construction of which is well underway and we will be handing the area back for the council to complete their works in September. Once they are complete Chancellors Walk will become a cut through from Crisp Road to the riverfront.
On site, the exterior brickwork and cladding is now complete for Blocks A and G, with all scaffolding now removed on the cores. Residents in these blocks have started moving in since early June and we are completing new units on a weekly basis throughout these two cores.
Works inside Block B, E & F are progressing well with decoration of the lower floors, as well as installation of the timber flooring and kitchens up to various levels across the cores.
Works of the façade at C & D Blocks are well underway and we should be fully wrapped with brickwork in October. On the lower levels of C & D we have commenced internal fit out of the units including first fix partitioning, as well as mechanical and electrical install.
