The team on site at Gillender Street are continuing to make great progress, continuing with final demolition works across the site.
Demolition works are nearing completion, having encountered numerous large foundations below the ground which have taken longer to remove than previously envisaged.
Elsewhere, the site’s archaeological team have completed works in line with Greater London Archaeology Advisory Service (GLASS) requirements and we are pleased to have worked alongside them to discover more of the heritage of the area.
We are preparing the site for the piling works and be in attendance during the piling works are lined up to commence works at the end of July 2019. We are expecting to commence the piling towards the end of August 2019.
Three Waters & the Considerate Constructors Scheme
Three Waters will be registered under the Considerate Constructors Scheme until work on site is complete.
This voluntary initiative ensures our commitment to the highest standards of care and consideration in areas including safety and security, the professional appearance of our site, protection of the local environment, and the foundation of respectful relationships with the local community.
By committing to the initiative, we promise to create an environment that enhances the unique setting of the Three Waters site, respects the local community, and ensures the support and safety of the on-site workforce.

Our Customer Experience Team are here to support you as you plan for your legal completion until the end of your 2-year defect liability period.
We will make sure you receive a written update about the construction progress of the development and share news about local events and news too.
We will also keep you updated concerning your estimated notice date. We will keep in touch at least every 8 weeks to check you have your recent estimate for completion and check if you need any help in planning arrangements to live-in or manage your property post-completion.
Do always talk to us before you make any financial or personal plans based on the estimated notice dates. We do endeavor to serve notice to you as close to these dates as we can. Sometimes we can experience changes to these dates and if this happens, we will contact you immediately to discuss in more detail with you,
