Since making some changes to the way we work on site, like one way systems and an increase in sanitising stations, we now have 130 team members on site and have made a lot of progress in Bow since our last update. Plus, there's lots more coming up in the next few weeks. Read more below.
The River Collection
Overlooking the water, the concrete frame is complete with the pre-cast façade complete to the third floor. All bathroom pods have now been delivered to site ready for installation.
Over the next three months we'll have increased on-the-ground capacity to 168 team members, work on the roof will be just about complete, as will the façade will all panels installed. The interal fittings will be well underway up to floor 6 and landscaping on the raised garden will have commenced, ready to offer you a private neighbourhood park with direct views across the water.
The City Collection
With far-reaching City skyline views, over in The City Collection the concrete frame is almost up to floor 9. The bathroom pods are currently being installed on the 3rd floor.
The next few months will see the frame completed up to floor 16 with the façade panels up to the 5th floor. The bathroom pods installation will have made its way up to floor 13, as will the electric and plumbing work.
The raised garden
Our Customer Experience Team is here to support you as you plan for your completion.
We’ll make sure you regularly receive written updates keeping you informed about our progress as the development takes shape, and we’ll include your estimated notice date.
Your personal Customer Experience Manager will follow up with a call to check you’re all set for completion and answer any questions that you may have.
We’re happy to help with planning arrangements to live-in or manage your property post-completion and can also recommend reputable furnishing companies and advice on lettings if required.
Do always talk to us before you make any financial or personal plans based on your estimated notice dates. We endeavor to serve notice to you as close to these dates as we can, but sometimes dates can change – if this happens, we will contact you immediately to discuss any changes in more detail.
