The best of both worlds

Residents of Hampstead Manor are about to move in, start enjoying the perks of their new homes and take advantage of an enviable mix - modern amenities, set within historic surroundings.

With three of the buildings complete (Dudin Brown, Maynard and Bay House) and the concierge now open, Hampstead Manor has already witnessed many exciting developments, while many more are underway. The amenities will soon be expanded with the imminent completion of the gym and spa areas, where the structure of the 15m swimming pool has been cast, ventilation works have started and fit out works of the sauna and steam room are in progress.

Meanwhile the development is blossoming on the outside as well. The gardens have been reinstated to their former glory with all existing trees on the development retained and new trees being planted. The cobbles that were removed from the courtyards 18 months ago have been cleaned and reinstalled – recreating the original walkways. Stone imported from Portugal has also been installed for coping stones and paving slabs.

The refurbishments of Kidderpore Hall and the Chapel are also progressing well, and the scaffold is being removed to the majority of buildings at the development. Rosalind Franklin and Lord Cameron are having their roofs installed while the internal fit out is progressing well. Lifts are being put in place with over 50% now completed. The external cladding of the remaining buildings is approaching completion and the brass roofs of the townhouses are complete, as well as the dormers of Willoughby House.

More interested buyers are keeping the marketing suite busy and are viewing Hampstead Manor’s seven show homes. Want to take a peek inside the bright and beautiful apartments? Get in touch with our sales team to arrange a viewing.
